Synopsis
When Leo Caletti buys a hideous, dust-caked Greek vase at a flea market out of pity, he expects nothing more than a new item to collect dust in his Haight-Ashbury apartment. But true to his catastrophic luck, he trips over his own rug, shatters the pottery, and accidentally summons Thalia, a goddess exiled from Olympus until she can recharge her powers by inspiring hope in a mortal. Stuck with a cynic who manages disaster for a living, Thalia's attempts to fix Leo's life with magic backfire hilariously, leading to weeping clients, short-circuited power grids, and a romance that defies the laws of both gods and men.
