Synopsis
Declan Moore receives a legal summons to Oakhaven Island: his crippling debt has been purchased by the powerful Judge Thorne. To clear his name, he must use his diving skills to rescue Thorne's granddaughter from a flooded cave before a storm hits. But as Declan descends into the dark water, he realizes he hasn't been hired to save a life—he's been brought there to end one.
